Battle for Liberty, Aimed Through Solidarity

People Power Revolution, at first glance, at first sense, all it thrown were positive touch of stones that slowly stabbed our soul.
We are Grade 12 students from Buyo Integrated School who are tasked to interview some individuals regarding the effects of People Power Revolution or EDSA One to Filipinos. Through having a short conversation with these individuals, we had found out that EDSA One became the key in achieving the true liberty for the Philippines from the bitterness of the administration of former President Ferdinand E. Marcos. Through this protest, they attained solidarity. But, as they embraced the freedom they had received, they neglected the responsibility of inclined with this. The Philippine government became more unorganized due to this irresponsible act. And this is the main problem of Filipinos, we failed to be responsible enough in every freedom we have gained and we fought for.
People we interviewed: Mrs. Lolita Brequillo and Mrs. Riza D. Tatel (Buyo IS Teachers)
